An exceptional stay in every respect!

We've just spent a fantastic week at this hotel and we couldn't be happier.
Compliments truly go to the whole staff: from reception, always welcoming and helpful, to the dining room staff, impeccable and attentive at every moment. A special thank you goes to chef Vincenzo: besides his great friendliness, which kept us company every day, the food was delicious.
The entertainment was simply perfect, able to engage both adults and children without ever being intrusive. A warm round of applause to the whole team:

Michelle, Aurora, Gaia and Francesco from the Mini Club, wonderful with the little ones;
Elena from the Junior Club;
Alessandro from the Teen Club.

Recommended for relaxing

The staff are always available for information or help, the restaurant has everything and more, all delicious. You can visit several parks included in the stay, very well organised with the coach. The hotel is very clean and the children have lots of games available, plus the various clubs. Truly a magical stay.

The Cervia, a sure thing

We got back today from a fantastic week, super entertainment, the head animator Lorenzo with his team of exceptional young people, very engaging, kind and very polite, and Lorenzo is the best, Betty exceptional. Nothing to say about the cleaning, everything always tidy. The restaurant is very spacious. If I have to find a flaw, there wasn't much choice of fish main courses, but otherwise everything was excellent and high quality. The best of all is the pizza chef Franco, I've rarely eaten pizzas this good. Warm regards and a big hug to the animator Elena from Matteo and Alessio, they had a great time, it was an exceptional week, see you next year.

I can only say to everyone who comes here to read the reviews: I've read a few negative ones and honestly I don't know if they're real or fake, because a place like this, offering so much fun, reliability and food quality, just doesn't exist anywhere else.
I'll keep it short: a special thank you to the whole staff, the housekeeping, the entertainment team, I've never seen such young people always smiling and able to entertain kids and adults at the same time.
A thank you to Chef Vincenzo for his professionalism in the kitchen, but above all for being there every single day, ready to bring a smile to your face.
Excellent food quality, top entertainment and excursions...well, what can I say, in the end I've already asked for a quote for next year....ask yourselves why....☺️😃 See you soon

SUPER HOLIDAY!!!

Third year in a row with the Club Family Hotel chain, but this was our first stay at this hotel!
Everything was fantastic: a large, well-kept and clean hotel, spacious rooms, excellent food and a super friendly and kind chef.
The dining room and reception staff were very friendly and the entertainment was excellent!!!
Unlimited buffets of delicious food with a huge choice, guaranteed fun and… a great desire to come back!!! Endless thanks to everyone for a wonderful holiday!!!

A holiday with a capital H! Kind and well-trained staff, excellent and plentiful food, spacious and clean rooms. A big strength is the beach with lifeguard Riccardo, and the entertainment team, great with our girls, who allowed us to fully enjoy our family holiday!
